Billing

You can update your billing information at any time by logging into My Account.

Once logged in, click the “Address” tab and click on “Edit” next to “Billing Address” to enter your new address information. Once done, click the “Save Address” button.

Note: To ensure your changes are processed in time, be sure to update your information before the end of the month prior. For example, you must update your billing information on or before November 30 to ensure your December box is billed using the updated information.

If you’re an international customer, chances are some banks will classify Tickled Wolf as an international transaction and will therefore charge a small fee for the purchase to go through. This is not a definite fee, since not every bank adds this fee, and we have no control over this, sadly. If you have any questions about international transaction fees, please contact your local bank.

No, all payment methods are free of charge for our customers!

All products purchased through this website are shipped from our central warehouse facility in The Netherlands. Therefore we are obliged to calculate the Dutch VAT rate of 21% on all sales.
