We are sure you will be happy with your order, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are able to process a refund for the items as long as we are notified within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Items returned must be unused and in a resalable condition. Any items that fail to meet this criteria will be denied.
To request a refund or exchange please email hello[@]tickledwolf.com stating your name, address, order number and reason for the return/exchange. Once we have received your email, we will then contact you with further instructions.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. To ensure that it arrives safely to us we recommend that you send it with a Signed For delivery method and retain proof of postage.
Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email us stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.
Postage for the return of faulty items will be provided once the items has been received and the fault is confirmed. We will confirm with you the value of postage to be provided based on your location and the item being returned.
You have 14 days to return the item after you have notified us of the fault.
